In the decade prior to founding this firm, Rick A. Marchand has served as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Vice president for several prestigious firms throughout Central Florida.
In 1998 MARBEK Construction Co. was founded and Rick as President and CEO, remains in that capacity to this date.Mr. Marchand's experience includes airport services related construction, Myriads of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures, Schools and Educational Facilities, Multi Story Governmental Facilities, Office buildings, Multi Story Hotels, Sports Facilities and medical office facilities.Managerial Structures for which we pride are proficiency in Design-Build Project Development, Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management, Value Engineering and Project Delivery Services.

This has involved the development of contracts for subcontractors, consultant selection, QC for design and construction phases, budget estimates, change order resolution, claims avoidance, planning, as well as coordination and management of several project team members, comprised of Architectural/Engineering consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Fabricators, and specialty consultants.

Since joining Marbek Construction in 2014, Rick has helped develop health and safety plans that meet or exceed federal and state regulations for all of Marbek’s projects. He has implemented new software and planning tools to keep Marbek on pace with the latest and most streamlined technology. Helping Marbek complete jobs on time, on budget, and “exceed our clients expectations.”
